How to delete your account
In the Pacee app, open Profile, tap Delete Account, and confirm. Your account is deleted when that confirmation succeeds.
What is removed
When you confirm, Pacee removes these personal details immediately:
- your name, email address, and phone number
- your profile photo
- your sports, skill details, availability, and playing areas
Pending play calls you sent are withdrawn. Pending play calls you received are declined.
You are signed out, and you cannot sign in to that account again. Where your name still appears to other people, it is shown as "Deleted User".
What is kept
Pacee keeps chat messages, match history, competitive ratings, and notifications, because other people still need that shared activity. Booking and payment records may also be kept, as described in the Privacy Policy.
After deletion
There is no recovery period. After you confirm, the account cannot be restored.
