Pacee (also written as PACEE) is a sports and gameplay platform where people find players, join matches, use groups, and make bookings. It is operated by PACEE ARENA PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN: U63122PN2026PTC258168).

This policy explains what personal information Pacee may collect, how it is used, and the choices you have, including account deletion. By creating an account, you agree to this policy.
2. Information we collect
Pacee collects information you provide and information created when you use the service.
- Account information. Name, email address, phone number, login details, and profile photo.
- Profile and sports information. Sports you play, skill information, availability, bio, and similar profile details you add.
- Location information. City, playing areas, or other location details you provide so Pacee can show relevant matches, groups, and venues.
- Activity information. Matches, groups, play activity, and bookings associated with your account.
- Photos and media. Profile and gallery images you upload.
- Communications and support. Messages you send to support and the details you provide in a cancellation, refund, or account-deletion request.
- Payment information. Booking and payment records needed to complete a payment. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Pacee does not store full card numbers, CVV, or UPI PINs.
3. How we use information
We use this information to:
- create and secure your account
- show and update your profile
- provide sports, match, group, and booking features
- process payments through Razorpay
- review cancellation and refund requests sent to support
- respond to support, privacy, and account-deletion requests
- maintain the security of the service and prevent fraud
- improve the service and fix problems
- meet legal obligations and resolve disputes
4. Payments
Payments on Pacee are processed by Razorpay. Razorpay receives the payment details needed to complete the transaction. Pacee keeps booking and transaction records so we can provide the booking, handle support, and meet record-keeping needs.
5. Account deletion
You can delete your Pacee account in the Pacee app. Open Profile, tap Delete Account, and confirm.
Deletion happens when you confirm. There is no recovery period, and the account cannot be restored. Your name, email address, phone number, profile photo, sports, skill details, availability, and playing areas are removed. Pending play calls you sent are withdrawn, and pending ones you received are declined. You are signed out and cannot sign in to that account again. Where your name still appears to other people, it is shown as "Deleted User".
Pacee keeps chat messages, match history, competitive ratings, and notifications, because other people still need that shared activity. Booking and payment records may also be kept, as described in the payments section.

6. Children and users aged 15–17
Pacee is not intended for children below 15 years of age. Users under 15 are not permitted to create an account.
Users aged 15–17 are allowed to use Pacee. Under Pacee's current policy, parental or guardian consent is not required for users aged 15–17.
Parents or guardians who believe that a person below 15 has created an account, or whose child's information has been submitted to Pacee, can contact info@pacee.in. Pacee may take appropriate action when an underage account is reported.

8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. The effective date and last updated date at the top of this page will change when an update is published. Please review the policy when you use Pacee.
