1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of Pacee (also written as PACEE), operated by PACEE ARENA PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN: U63122PN2026PTC258168). By creating an account or using Pacee, you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility
The minimum age to use Pacee is 15 years.
Users below 15 years of age are not permitted to create or use a Pacee account.
Users aged 15–17 are permitted to use Pacee. There is no parental or guardian consent requirement for users aged 15–17 under Pacee's current product policy.
You must provide accurate account information and use only an account that belongs to you.
3. User accounts
You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your login details secure. Tell us at info@pacee.in if you believe someone else is using your account.
Pacee may suspend or restrict an account that is used in breach of these Terms, including accounts reported as belonging to a person under 15.
4. Acceptable use
Use Pacee in a responsible way. You must not:
- break the law or harm other users
- harass, threaten, or impersonate another person
- use someone else's account
- interfere with the service or try to access data you are not allowed to access
- misuse matches, groups, bookings, photos, or messages
5. Sports and gameplay
Pacee is a sports and gameplay platform. It helps people find players, take part in matches and groups, and use related booking features. You take part in sports activity at your own risk and should follow the rules of the venue and the session.
6. Bookings and payments
When a booking requires payment, the payment is processed by Razorpay. Pacee does not store full card numbers, CVV, or UPI PINs. Complete the payment details shown at checkout before you pay.
7. Cancellation and refunds
To cancel a booking or request a refund, use Contact Support. You will receive the standard support email/request format, verify your booking and payment details, complete any missing information, and send the request to info@pacee.in.
Pacee support will review the request and process the cancellation or refund.
For an approved cancellation or refund request, the full amount will be refunded. The refund will be processed within 1–2 days.
8. Account deletion
You can delete your Pacee account in the Pacee app. Open Profile, tap Delete Account, and confirm. Deletion happens when you confirm. There is no recovery period, and the account cannot be restored.
Your name, email address, phone number, profile photo, sports, skill details, availability, and playing areas are removed. Pending play calls you sent are withdrawn, and pending ones you received are declined. You are signed out and cannot sign in to that account again. Where your name still appears to other people, it is shown as "Deleted User". Pacee keeps chat messages, match history, competitive ratings, and notifications, because other people still need that shared activity.

9. Privacy

10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The effective date and last updated date at the top of this page will change when an update is published. Continued use of Pacee after an update means you should review the revised Terms.
